FAQ's and Shipping
Shipping in general in NZ is expensive, add on to that fact that pottery can be heavy and a lot of packaging is needed to make sure your piece(s) arrive safe and sound and the price increases. I do my best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. I don't make any money on shipping.
I also rely on you to select the right shipping option for your order, if the wrong option is selected I’ll be in touch to rectify this, whether it be to refund you or if I need to send an invoice for shipping.

Free pick up is available from my studio in Pakuranga, Auckland. After your order is placed I’ll be in touch to organise a convenient time for pick up.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. All products are measured, described and photographed as accurately as possible. If you feel this has not been the case with the product you have received please email email@example.com to discuss.
Damaged or faulty items
Our pieces are packaged with care and attention, the last thing we want is for your piece to arrive damaged or broken. If the unfortunate does happen please get in touch via the email below as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org.
